First off, we are being targeted and harassed for a reason, and I have come to the conclusion one of the primary reason is to keep us quiet. Although there are undoubtedly other reasons for their attacks, I believe the primary reason is to just keep us immobilized and quiet. They are afraid of what we can do if allowed to speak and organize. Every moment I spend on the web or deciding what I will do next, I am severely hit and harassed with head hits. They don’t want us to mobilize any type of effort or even think. For these reasons I believe they are incredibly afraid we may get our message out, and organize an effort against them; therefore, they attack and keep us down. By doing this they are expending an awful lot of energy and most likely funds to attack us little insignificant TI’s, which in their minds must make their effort quite valuable, and us TI’s quite valuable targets to keep quiet.

Here is a list of Telepathic Experiences I have encountered over the past three years this Mind Control and Gang/Multiple Stalking has been happening. It is clear these are well organized and executed encounters. There is also an earnest effort to keep this capability quiet, because each time I attempt to reach out and discuss these things with someone, such as lawyers or family members, the attacking regime increases. There is obviously a psychological manipulation and operation being conducted to condition the Targeted Individual to keep quiet.

Here is a list of V2K transmissions I have pick-up over time. They are primarily geared towards Psychological Manipulation, and the constant degradation of my mental state.

I don't receive many of these anymore, I have told them, via telepathy, that they are the filthiest pieces of vile loser shit on earth, too many times now.  I just receive the Electronic Harassment, now.

I do feel sorry for the State Department, Embassy, and Military Workers, etc, etc, who are now receiving these same Havana Syndrome attacks, we TI's have been complaining of for decades now.  No one should be tortured like this.

This article was obviously been written a very long time ago.  I and many other TI's (Targeted Individuals) have contacted numerous Senators, Congressmen, Presidents, and Vice Presidents.  We have Traveled to Washington DC, and presented our concerns to President Obama's Bio Ethics Committee.  The sad point is that we have found no office who is willing to listen to our concerns.  Now, two decades later, the Havana Syndrome issue has recently been aired.

I have made contact with the following agencies to verify who is behind these head attacks, and to file Police Reports related to these attacks:

Local Huntsville Law Enforcement: I have filed four police reports detailing these incidents.  To date, the Huntsville police department has indicated they are not aware of this technology/capability and could do nothing to support my effort to get these people to stop.

As I have described, the capability or technology they are using is essentially TELEPATHY (or Synthetic), or the transfer of thought from one person to another. These thoughts when concentrated in a certain way can transfer pain as I have described as attacks. This capability can also be used to control another person. By concentrating on another person, or myself in this instance, they can latch onto one's head or brain. They are essentially tapping into another person's head through thought. They can inflict pain, transfer non-verbal communication, as well as move or excite body parts, such as arm or hand movement, just by transferring the thought.  

The United Nations has condemned torture from the outset as one of the vilest acts perpetrated by human beings on their fellow human beings.

At the beginning, when this started happening to me, I was subjected to a car wreck by the perps, as can be seen by the picture of my Ford Explorer. I have also included a copy of the police report, as well as additional pictures of my wrecked vehicle.

As can be seen in the photo, my vehicle was smashed up pretty well. I was proceeding into an intersection, where the light had turned green well in advance of my moving forward. As a matter of fact, there was a vehicle in front of me which had already gone through the intersection, and had cleared in advance of me moving into the intersection.

The primary purpose for these head attacks was undoubtedly money. Different folks were able to gain monetarily for different reasons. As I have indicated previously, these attacks are occurring 24 hours a day. Someone or agency must be footing the bill to have these people follow and torment me in this fashion.

These attacks were also intended to degrade and demoralize me into some type of submission. Throughout this process of theirs, I was "played" for different reasons. • I am currently staying in a house about 100 yards off a busy street. These people drive by up and down the street, sending pain signals at one location on my head. After 20-50 hits, the pain can be quite extensive. As I stated, I believe these people were after me for a reason, including my ability to receive signal transfers at extended distances. Unfortunately through the course of this process they discovered I could receive signals from drive by hits.

What I am going to describe is happening to me 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK.

For quite some time it has been apparent peoples in Huntsville, AL with the ability to communicate through thought (telepathy - ESP) have been following me, attempting to get me in with them. I believe these people are part of our US government under the Homeland Security umbrella. Could it be the CIA, FBI, local law enforcement, I can not say for sure at this point.
